Vulcano is a deeply personal piece, born from my travels to the volcanoes of Lanzarote, Etna, and Stromboli. The structure was initially formed with plastic foil, but it was through the use of marble paste that the piece truly came alive, capturing the raw power and fragile beauty of volcanic landscapes. The golden interior, symbolizing metallic lava, contrasts with the textured surface, evoking the slow, yet unstoppable forces beneath the earth.
Building Vulcano was an emotional journey, with each layer and crack reflecting my own growth as an artist. The piece not only captures the essence of the volcanic terrain but also represents my personal evolution—transforming challenges and breakthroughs into a powerful, tangible creation.
